OCS Trade Fair service is an entire management process, often available at no cost to the organizer. We will plan and execute all phases of the export/import project, including:

• Receiving and storage stateside
• Sorting, labeling, & consolidation
• International air transportation
• Export and import documentation, licensing overseas where required
• Customs clearance in all countries
• Free domicile / duty deferment in all countries
• Diplomatic clearances where required
• Storage at OCS facilities in destination city
• On-schedule delivery to venue
• Complete accountability and client exhibitor support at all times
• Ongoing, direct, proactive communication with our overseas OCS stations
• On-site language assistance in selected markets
• Direct post-fair billing to exhibitors for shipping services

For individual exhibitors or recruiters

Why worry that your exhibit materials won't be at the venue when you arrive? OCS relieves you of this stress, by managing the entire shipping process for you, including the all-important deferment of duties and taxes. We'll monitor your shipment every step of the way, until you have received your materials safely. In the final destination city, an OCS representative will coordinate delivery.
